Shipping policy

The Weft offers complimentary standard shipping on all orders within Australia. Once your parcel has been shipped you will be sent an email confirmation with tracking information. No signature will be required on delivery. If you would like express shipping or the added security of a signature on delivery, please email us prior to purchasing and we will arrange this for you.

We will generally ship your order out the same or following business day to ensure a speedy delivery.

All international orders are sent via DHL. This service is registered and fully trackable. Once your parcel has been shipped you will be sent an email confirmation with tracking information. A signature will be required on delivery.

Please be aware that The Weft is not responsible for any import charges, duties or taxes on international sales. If you reject a parcel due to unexpected customs and import charges, we are entitled to withhold the cost of shipping your parcel both ways when we complete your return.
