SHIPPING + RETURNS
The Weft offers complimentary express shipping on all orders within Australia. Once your parcel has been shipped you will be sent an email confirmation with tracking information. No signature will be required on delivery. If you would like the added security of a signature on delivery, please email us prior to purchasing and we will arrange this for you.
We will generally ship your order out the following business day to ensure a speedy delivery.
All international orders are sent via DHL. This service is registered and fully trackable. Once your parcel has been shipped you will be sent an email confirmation with tracking information. A signature will be required on delivery.
Please be aware that The Weft is not responsible for any import charges, duties or taxes on international sales. If you reject a parcel due to unexpected customs and import charges, we are entitled to withhold the cost of shipping your parcel both ways when we complete your return. RETURNS POLICY & SHIPPING
Please ensure you email firstname.lastname@example.org if you wish to return or exchange your order.
We will provide you with a refund or exchange only where the items are in saleable condition, in their original packaging with all tags still intact. The items must not have been worn, damaged or washed. They must be returned within seven days of the purchase date along with the original invoice. Please note we do not offer refunds for change of mind.
Alternatively, we will provide you with a refund for items that are faulty, have been wrongly described or are different to the goods that you ordered.
All returns must be returned to within seven days to be eligible for a refund. Returns after this period will not be accepted. If a refund is approved, the refund will be applied to the original card of purchase. We will refund original shipping charges if the item is faulty.
Please note international orders are not valid for a refund unless the item is deemed faulty within seven days of receiving the package.
Return shipping must be prepaid and traceable method to ensure safe and documented delivery. Return shipping charges are not refundable. We will reimburse any reasonable document shipping charges for return of goods that have been deemed faulty.
International order return shipping will not be reimbursed unless the goods have been deemed faulty.
**We do not offer refunds on sale items or special offers. Store credit or exchanges only are accepted on sale items or special offers**
Orders placed with Afterpay are only eligible for a store credit or exchange.
EXCHANGE POLICY & SHIPPING
Items can only be exchanged for a different size or colour in the same style if available.

Please note international orders are not valid for an exchange unless the item is deemed faulty within seven days of receiving the package.
When exchanging goods, please ensure you include a postal bag with pre-filled contact details so we can re-send your exchanged item.
