SHIPPING TERMS

The Weft offers complimentary standard shipping on all orders within Australia. Express shipping is also available at checkout at a flat rate of $15. All international orders are sent via express shipping through Australia Post.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking information.

Please note the following regarding delivery:

  • No signature is required upon delivery. If you would like the added security of a signature on delivery, please email us at hello@theweft.com prior to placing your order and we will arrange this for you.
  • We aim to dispatch all orders the same or next business day to ensure prompt delivery.
  • For customers in the United States, all applicable import charges, duties, or taxes are included in the price of your order — there will be no additional charges on delivery.
  • For all other international orders, please be aware that The Weft is not responsible for any import charges, duties, or taxes on international orders. If a parcel is rejected due to unexpected customs or import charges, we reserve the right to deduct the cost of return and outbound shipping from your refund.

EXCHANGE POLICY

To initiate an exchange, please email hello@theweft.com before returning your order.

Please note the following conditions for exchanges:

  • Items may only be exchanged for a different size or colour in the same style, subject to availability.
  • Items must be in saleable condition, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags intact and in their original packaging.
  • Exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of receipt and returned with the original invoice.
  • The Weft does not cover the cost of return or exchange postage. When returning your item for exchange, please include a prepaid postal bag with your contact details pre-filled so we can resend your exchanged item.
  • International orders are not eligible for an exchange unless the item is deemed faulty within 14 days of receipt.
RETURNS POLICY

At The Weft, we are committed to providing beautiful, high-quality garments that you absolutely love. We know that shopping for clothing online isn't always easy — without being able to touch, try, or feel a piece in person, sometimes what arrives isn't quite what you imagined. We want you to shop with confidence, and our returns policy is designed to make sure you never feel stuck with something that isn't right for you. Please note that this policy varies slightly for Australian and international customers — we encourage you to read it in full before making a purchase.

Please note the following conditions for returns and refunds:

  • Refunds are available where items are faulty, have been wrongly described, or differ from what was ordered. For these cases, we will cover the cost of return freight and provide a pre-paid digital shipping label for you to print and use.
  • If your item develops a fault after receipt — such as a zipper failing, stitching coming apart, or other signs of a manufacturing defect — please contact us as soon as possible on the above email address.
  • We understand that sometimes an item simply isn't what you expected – whether that's the fit, the feel, or how it works for you in person. This is different to a change of mind, and we are happy to assist with a return in these circumstances, provided the conditions below are met and return shipping is covered by the customer. Please note this applies to Australian orders only; international customers are eligible for store credit only in these circumstances and will need to cover the cost of return freight.
  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind – for example, if you have decided you no longer want the item.
  • Items must be in saleable condition, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags intact and in their original packaging.
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receipt and include the original invoice. Returns outside of this period will not be accepted.
  • If a refund is approved, it will be applied to the original payment method.
  • Sale items and special offers are not eligible for a refund unless items are faulty, have been wrongly described, or differ from what was ordered. Only store credit or exchanges are accepted on sale items and special offers, provided the conditions above are met and return shipping is covered by the customer.
AFTERPAY

Due to fees incurred through Afterpay, orders placed using Afterpay are only eligible for a store credit or exchange.
